40 minutes of guided, form-focused sculpting with SAMMY! Slowing things down, finding that burn and learning how to access our GLUTES! Find your balance by engaging those abs, pulling up, and keep a slight bend in that stranding leg. Engage your core in that STANDING ABS series, keep SAMMY's pace and you should feel it all the way through! OH! I almost forgot... there's a plank series at the end she makes you do TWICE... good luck babes!
*equipment: pilates ring (to increase difficulty, add ankle weights!)

8 minute stretch! I know we all get caught up in sculpting our bodies and who has time to stretch, am I right? Well, in order to lengthen our muscles, we have to stretch them out! Stretching is also important, I don't know, for injury prevention and living a full and functional life ;)
