By applying functional movement science to his dance training, paired with his love for community based fitness, Javi created his signature style of teaching. Using form-focused precision, instructional verbal cues and game-changing adjustments, Javi has developed a unique full body workout for anybody and every body.

Our expert trainers will guide you through every exercise during your workout— demoing movement, cueing instructions, giving corrections/adjustments, offering modifications, to ensure you get the most out of every session and feel successful along your journey.

Social Club PLAY offers a library of shorter workouts (ranging from 5-25 minutes), focusing on specific areas, like your butt, legs, or arms. Our short video library will also include quick full body burns, quick cardio sweats, and quick ab labs.

No equipment is required, HOWEVER, equipment used in our videos is sold via our website at http://www.socialclubny.com and will only enhance your experience, so it is HIGHLY recommended. Until you do so, classes can be successfully performed with your body in space and nothing else!
