Minimal equipment, can be modified with 0 equipment, with the same booty lifting, leg tightening, ab shredding, arm sculpting RESULTS! BUTT imagine if you had the ankle/hand weights ;) This class is hard AF because it was built on Sammy and need I explain further? She literally laughs at me when she starts to feel the burn...
