48 minutes of guided, form focused SCULPT with JAVI using the ANKLEbands. Switching up the usual order of things here- starting with weighted arms, lots of outer butt work, throwing in a cardio burst (no jumping!), and finishing with a plank series. Stretch those bands, baby!
55 minutes of guided, form-focused sculpting with JAVI. Full body fatigue, laughing or crying, absolutely ADVANCED! and that is on PERIODT. If there was ever a class not to skip the stretch on, its this one. Do it all, report back and don't yell at JAVI, he's sensitive ;)
